Questions? We’ve got answers

Are the labels weatherproof?

Yes, all our labels are weatherproof. If your product will be kept in the fridge or freezer, sit in water, or get washed often, tell us when you order and we’ll talk it through with you before printing.

What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG and SVG files show on the live preview. PDF files are welcome too; they won’t show on the preview, but we’ll check them carefully on your proof. For the sharpest print, send the largest file you have. Up to 20 MB here; for bigger files, send them on WhatsApp.

Is design included?

Yes. Design is included with your label order. Choose “Design it for me”, tell us your product name, colours and any text you want, and we’ll design it for you.

Will I see my label before it’s printed?

Always. We send you a proof to check first, and we only print once you’ve approved it. If something needs changing, just tell us.

How many labels do I have to order?

Labels come in packs, and each size shows its pack size above. Our 2″ round labels start at 100 labels from $20. For other sizes, the price is shown on the size card, or ask us for a quote.

Can you do a size or shape that isn’t listed?

Ask us on WhatsApp with the size and shape you need, and we’ll let you know what we can do.

How do I get my labels?

Labels are pickup only. We’ll message you when they’re ready to collect from our store in Sint Maarten.
